Please note the difference between sold designs and available fursuits. Available fursuits can be purchased directly, but items marked as sold will only result in a custom-designed fursuit for you. Sold fursuits cannot be replicated. By purchasing a sold item, you agree that we will design a new fursuit with the same level of complexity and style. This ensures that each fursuit remains unique and exclusive to its owner.

Please ensure you are aware of the following terms before placing an order：
1.Custom masks or fursuits are handcrafted based on your order. Each item requires significant materials, labor, and time. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or returns after the order is placed. If you are concerned about this, please reconsider before purchasing. Minors should obtain parental consent before buying.
2.Provide your head/body measurements when ordering. Returns due to incorrect measurements will not be accepted. Please refer to the provided image for measuring head height, width, and circumference.
3.Confirm all requirements and details within 48 hours before production begins. Due to the high cost of materials and labor, no changes can be made once production starts. Any additional requests must be finalized and purchased before production.
4.Slight differences between the actual product and the photos due to lighting or material variations are normal and not grounds for returns. Handcrafted items may have minor imperfections, which are considered acceptable by both parties. No cancellations or returns will be accepted for these reasons. Written confirmation will serve as a reference for any disputes.
5.We insure the shipping process. If damage occurs during shipping, you may return the item for repairs. However, please record an unboxing video, as it will be required for after-sales service. Damage without an unboxing video will not be covered.
6.Due to the nature of shipping, mask hairstyles may be disheveled upon arrival. A simple comb will restore its appearance. To avoid high shipping costs, kig mask ears are detachable by default. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements.
